We design and build complete outdoor environments. A hands-on approach to project management.
We manage all of our projects with on-site supervision. "Problems happen when you're not on the job!" It is not enough to show up in the morning to get the work started. It is for this reason that at least one partner of our company be on site everyday while your project is underway. We take pride in providing our customers with extraordinary job-site supervision. In most cases, our clients become close friends with us by the time their project is complete. We encourage high levels of communication between us and our clients. Our project managers are always available, even after business hours, should a afterthought come to mind.
This same level of service applies to all phases of construction. We work closely with our clients in choosing the right materials for their job. We'll take the time to go with our customers to various suppliers including local nurseries or landscape supply yards. The individualized attention we provide by being on our jobs and working closely with our clients, avoids many of the problems common in our industry. Our specialized team includes experienced, and certified landscape designers, heavy equipment operators, pool technicians, carpenters, stone masons, concrete finishers, electricians, plumbers, and gas fitters (just to name a few).
Industry myths...
One of the biggest myths in the landscape and pool industry is "in-house" is better than subcontracting. We have opted to never become a high volume, 'cookie cutter' landscaper or pool builder. Due to the scope of work and attention to detail required for the majority of our projects, we have chosen to align ourselves with an elite group of artisans and craftsmen each with years of experience in their respective trades. This approach not only allows us to bring proven sub-trades to your project, but it also eliminates the guesswork and hassles involved with you trying to interview and co-ordinate numerous sub trades during their prime season. In turn, an expedited project gets you in your dream backyard quicker and without aggravation.
Service beyond the sale...
Beyond the installation, we are always available to answer any questions or to perform regular maintenance (including pool openings and closing). We stock numerous support products for your added convenience we will even deliver them to your door. We are always just a phone call away.
